Recipe of a sandwich made with watercress and sesame oil

WATERCRESS SANDWICH RECIPE

Ingredients for 1 sandwich

  • 1 bunch of watercress.
  • A loaf of bread.
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce.
  • Salt.

Preparation

  • Wash the watercress.
  • Pour a small amount of sesame oil in a pan to be greased.
  • Stir fry watercress leaves, remove them from the pan and place on a plate.
  • Open the bun in half and toasted sesame oil in skillet
  • Place the watercress leaves on the toast and season with soy sauce.

Ways to serve it

  • Serve it hot as an afternoon snack.
