How to prepare vinaigrette sauce

Ingredients:

  • Clean and chop the parsley finely.
  • Mix the vinegar and oil with a few drops of lemon juice and stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add the parsley and stir everything very well.
  • Sprinkle a little salt and taste to see if it contains enough salt and vinegar. Add a little more vinegar if it is too weak or dilute a little more oil if its taste is too strong.
  • Optionally, you can add other vegetables, spices or aromatic herbs as long as you cut them into small pieces.
  • Place the sauce in a vinegar cruet and store in the refrigerator, especially if the sauce contains yogurt or egg.
