How to prepare a vinaigrette
VINAIGRETTE RECIPE
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 5 tablespoons olive oil.
- 2 tablespoons vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon parsley.
- 1 tablespoon thyme.
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint.
Preparation:
- In a bowl, pour 5 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 tablespoon thyme and 1 tablespoon chopped mint.
- Add a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of pepper.
- Mix all ingredients well with the help of a mixer.
Uses:
- It is used as a salad dressing, cold sauce or marinade.
