How to prepare a vinaigrette

VINAIGRETTE RECIPE

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • parsley5 tablespoons olive oil.
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar.
  • 1 tablespoon parsley.
  • 1 tablespoon thyme.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint.

Preparation:

  • In a bowl, pour 5 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 tablespoon thyme and 1 tablespoon chopped mint.
  • Add a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of pepper.
  • Mix all ingredients well with the help of a mixer.

Uses:

  • It is used as a salad dressing, cold sauce or marinade.
