STRAWBERRY SALAD
Ingredients for four people:
- 374 kg of strawberries.
- 220 g cottage cheese
- 2 apples
- 2 yogurts.
- Currants.
- Apple cider vinegar.
- Whole sugar
Preparation:
- Clean and wash the strawberries and remove the stalks and leaves. (Wash them before cutting the corners so as not to spoils vitamins and minerals)
- Chop the strawberries
- Add the whole sugar and a little cider vinegar. Let stand for half an hour to decrease the acidity
- Mix the cottage cheese and yogurt. Add the sliced strawberries and a handful of currants. Mix everything very well.
- Just before serving to avoid browning, peel the apples, grate them and cover the salad.
Ways to serve
Serve as a starter.
