How to make sweet kombu strips

SWEET KOMBU STRIPS RECIPE

Ingredients

  • Dried kombu strips
  • barley malt

Preparation

  • Soak the kombu for 20-30 minutes to hydrate.
  • Cook 1-2 hours until soft.
  • Mix the kombu with the barley malt and let it cool. It can be kept in the fridge.

Properties

An ideal sweet to introduce seaweed to the children.
