How to make sweet kombu strips
SWEET KOMBU STRIPS RECIPE
Ingredients
- Dried kombu strips
- barley malt
Preparation
- Soak the kombu for 20-30 minutes to hydrate.
- Cook 1-2 hours until soft.
- Mix the kombu with the barley malt and let it cool. It can be kept in the fridge.
Properties
An ideal sweet to introduce seaweed to the children.
