How to prepare a sweet kombu
SWEET KOMBU RECIPE
Ingredients
- Dried kombu strips
Preparation
- Soak the kombu seaweed for 20-30 minutes to hydrate.
- Cook 1-2 hours until soft.
- Drain, dry well and toast over medium-low heat.
- Once the kombu is crispy, crush it by grinding it finely.
- Store in a glass jar as a condiment.
Properties
An ideal iodine and fiber supplement to add to all kinds of preparations. It has hardly any flavor, so it combines with salads, rice dishes, stews…
It also adds a lot of calcium, magnesium, potassium and trace elements to the diet.
