ACAI RECIPES
ACAI SHAKE WITH BANANAS AND STRAWBERRIES
Shake with calcium, potassium, vitamins and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
– 200g of Acai pulp
– 100g of strawberries
– 1 medium banana
– Optional: milk
Preparation of the recipe
– Cut the banana into pieces to make it easier to shred.
– Wash and cut the strawberries into small pieces.
– In a bowl mash, pour the pulp of acai, the mashed banana and strawberries.
– Shred. If texture is too thick, you can add milk to dilute.
– Pour into a glass and serve with strawberries or banana pieces of decoration.
A decorative touch
To decorate the cup where we serve this dish, there is a very simple and easy trick to do.
First, we will beat a few strawberries and we will remove a few spoonfuls of this puree, which we will place in a flat plate having an equal or superior diameter to the cup.
In another flat plate with the same characteristics, we will pour some white or brown sugar.
We will smear the upper border of the cup with the strawberry puree in order to soak it well.
We will immediately place the border of the cup in the plate with sugar, as if we were “rolling it in butter”.
We will leave the cup upside-down, with the upper border lying on the sugar until ready to serve, because if you retire it too soon, it can drip along the surface of the cup. The longer the sugar remains in this way, the better and the stronger it will be.
