How to prepare a raw vegetable salad
RAW VEGETABLE SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients for four people:
Preparation:
- Clean and chop the tomatoes
- Wash and cut the lettuce
- Clean and cut the peppers into long shape
- In a bowl, put the ingredients and season them with Olive oil and salt
- Place the lettuce in the bottom of the pan
- Place the tomato slices on the edge of the plate as a wheel
- Cover the top of the lettuce with beets
- Decorate the lettuce by placing the peppers over it, between the beet and the tomatoes in a radial form
How to serve it:
Serve it at room temperature as a starter. Season with olive oil and salt if necessary, on the same plate
