How to cook radishes
RED RADISH SALAD WITH ONION RECIPE
Ingredients for 4 people
– 1 onion
– 100 gr. red radish
– 1 lettuce
Preparation:
– Peel the onion and wash all the ingredients.
– Place chopped lettuce as basis.
– Cut the onions and radishes into thin rings, saving a radish for the final decoration.
– Put on the lettuce a layer of onion rings.
– Form an outer circle with sliced radishes.
– Cut the leftover radish as petals and place it in the center.
– Dress with a tablespoon of oil, another one of vinegar and a pinch of salt
– You can spread a tablespoon of sesame seeds on top.
How to serve:
Serve it as a main course for lunch or dinner.
