PRICKLY PEAR RECIPES
PRICKLY PEAR SHAKE
Ingredients
– 1 plain yogurt
– ½ cup of milk
– 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, rinsed and drained.
– Prickly pear
Preparation
– Mix all ingredients, blend and pour into a bowl. Sprinkle chia seeds on top for garnish.
– You can decorate with fresh fruit, mint leaves or cinnamon, for example.
Properties
This reparation is especially recommended for people with constipation.
Yogurt contains lactic bacteria that contribute to intestinal wellbeing, chia is rich in mucilage, a type of soluble fiber that helps regulate traffic.
