Pizza omelette

OMELETTE WITH PIZZA

Ingredients

– 1 egg (per person)

– 50ml tomato sauce

– 100g mozzarella

Oregano

Salt

Oil

Preparation

– Preheat oven to 180 º C.

– In a jelly mold, pour a little oil to grease the base so as omelette does not stick.

– Wash and beat the eggs in a bowl, cut the mozzarella into small cubes and, together with the tomato sauce, add it to the beaten eggs mixing everything.

– Add salt to taste.

– Pour the mixture in the jelly molds and place them in the oven until done.

How to serve

– Sprinkle oregano on top and serve.
