How to prepare a vegetarian pizza recipe with cheese and fresh arugula
Pizza with fresh arugula
Ingredients of a pizza with arugula
- Pizza dough
- Homemade tomato sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Mushrooms
- Mascarpone cheese
- Parmesan
- A bunch of arugula
- Savory or fresh oregano
- Olive oil
Elaboration of a pizza with arugula
- Place the pizza dough on the marble.
- Spread the tomato sauce, abundantly, throughout the pizza.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices about half a finger (1 cm.) thick and garnish it.
- Wash and cut the mushrooms into slices and put on the pizza.
- With the help of a spoon, add 3 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese.
- Sprinkle with a spoonful of Parmesan on top and bake in the oven for 13 minutes at 180ºC.
- When removing the pizza, add fresh oregano leaves and a handful of arugula leaves.
