EGG RECIPES
STARS WITH MERINGUE
Ingredients:
– 8 eggs
– Salt
Preparation:
– Make meringue paste
– After preparing the meringue, put it in a pastry bag.
– On a cookie sheet place mounds of meringue.
– Bake the stars on low heat until they are completely dry. (hard meringue)
How to serve:
– Serve as dessert with fruit dishes or as a complement to tea or coffee.
