SEA SPAGHETTI SALAD WITH CARROT AND LEMON
Ingredients for sea spaghetti salad
- Carrot cut into rods or thick pieces of 1.5 centimeters
- Hydrated seaweed spaghetti
- Lemon juice
- Umeboshi Vinegar
How to prepare a sea spaghetti salad
- Boil seaweed Spaghetti 5 minutes.
- Blanch the carrot: put water to heat and, when it boils, throw the carrot and cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Drain the carrot in cold water, and place on a salad tray
- Cover with seaweed, and season with lemon juice and Umeboshi vinegar.
Properties of sea spaghetti salad
- Ideal accompaniment for all types of balanced diet, loaded with beta-carotene and minerals such as iodine.
- It does not contain any fats or sugars, so it can be suitable in diets for slimming and for diabetes.
