Ingredients for four people of a grapes salad
Preparation of a grapes salad
- Wash the celery and boil it for 20 minutes. Let it cool.
- Chop the walnuts.
- Remove the skin from the grapes and remove the seeds.
- Squeeze the lemon.
- Place the lemon juice and two tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl.
- Grate the celery and add it to the bowl stirring all the ingredients well. Salt at will.
- Peel the apples and chop them. Add the apple chunks, walnuts, grapes and stir everything thoroughly.
How to serve a salad of grapes
