HAZELNUT RECIPES: GLAZED HAZELNUTS
Ingredients:
– 250 gr. hazelnuts
– 2 tablespoons butter.
– ¼ cup of granulated sugar.
– 1 tablespoon salt.
Preparation:
– Toast the hazelnuts, placing them on a pan in the oven at 275 º C for 20 or 25 minutes.
– Take away the skin. Rub hazelnuts still warm with a dry cloth.
– Heat the butter in a skillet.
– Pour the hazelnuts and stir for 6 minutes.
– Add sugar and salt, stirring until sugar is caramelized the hazelnuts.
How to serve?
– Serve as dessert for lunch or a snack for mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
