HOW TO MAKE ENDIVE SALAD WITH PINE NUTS AND SORGHUM

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  • Take out the endives leaves and put them in a plate.
  • Saute the sorghum with the pine nuts in a skillet until browned.
  • Pour over the endives the sorghum and pine nuts.
  • Prepare a vinaigrette salad dressing.
  • Dish and serve.
