How to prepare courgette with carrots
RECIPE OF ZUCCHINI WITH CARROTS
Ingredients
Preparation
- Wash the zucchini and carrot.
- Cut the carrot into thin round slices.
- Cut the zucchini into slices thicker than the carrot.
- On a griddle, fry the zucchini and carrot.
- Add salt at will.
- Mount small piles with the slices interspersed. First zucchini and then the carrot, and so on up to a height of about 4 or 5 cm. It can be held with a toothpick if desired.
- Pour the cheese over the pieces, put them on an oven tray and grill them.
- Sprinkle the pepper.
- Place in plates and serve.
When to eat
- It is used as a first course.
