- Whole toasts: They provide slow-absorbing carbohydrates and a lot of insoluble fiber, with a laxative effect. They provide good quality energy (about 50 Kcal per slice). You can use fiber toast that provides even fewer calories, such as wasa fiber toast.
 - Fresh cheese: With high biological value proteins, vitamin B12, niacin, calcium and selenium. With a tub of cheese (75 g.) The dose of protein necessary for a good breakfast or snack is provided.
 - 1 tomato: This fruit is a source of vitamin C and other antioxidants such as lycopene.
