LITTLE SANDWICHES OF CARROTS AND ZUCCHINI
Ingredients of carrot sandwiches
Preparation of carrot sandwiches
- Wash the zucchini and carrots.
Millet pie with carrots, zucchini and onions
- Slice the carrot thinly round sliced.
- Cut zucchini slices thicker than the carrot.
- On a griddle, fry the zucchini and carrot.
- Add salt to taste.
- Make the little sandwiches: Fit small piles with interspersed slices. First, the zucchini and then the carrots, and so on until a height of about 34 fingers is done for each sandwich. It can be secured with a toothpick if desired.
- Pour the cheese on the sandwiches, put them on a oven tray and grate them
- Sprinkle pepper.
- Dish and serve.
