LITTLE SANDWICHES OF CARROTS AND ZUCCHINI

Ingredients of carrot sandwiches

Preparation of carrot sandwiches

  • Wash the zucchini and carrots.

  • Slice the carrot thinly round sliced.
  • Cut zucchini slices thicker than the carrot.
  • On a griddle, fry the zucchini and carrot.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Make the little sandwiches: Fit small piles with interspersed slices. First, the zucchini and then the carrots, and so on until a height of about 34 fingers is done for each sandwich. It can be secured with a toothpick if desired.
  • Pour the cheese on the sandwiches, put them on a oven tray and grate them
  • Sprinkle pepper.
  • Dish and serve.
