PEPPER ADVERSE EFFECTS
– Hoarseness. Pepper can cause hoarseness because it is an irritating spice.
– Effects in the stomach. In sensitive people, it is common pepper usually causes gastritis, dyspepsia or heartburn.
– Stomach ulcer: Pepper consumption worsens the symptoms of gastric ulcers.
– Intestinal effects. Because of its irritating nature, pepper can cause diarrhea and flatulence in some people.
Pepper can also cause outbreaks and digestive disorders to people with dumping syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
