How to resolve constipation in pregnancy

Another recommendation is to take a diet rich in fiber, with consumption of brown rice, whole wheat bread, fruits, vegetables, nuts, dried fruit and seeds, natural sources of fiber.

Laxative teas that can NOT be taken during pregnancy
In general, medicinal plants have not to be taken it without medical consent and after ensuring that they are not contraindicated in pregnancy.
Attention! Laxative teas ARE VERY contraindicated as you can find in the supermarket and herbalists, containing senna or cascara, buckthorn, rhubarb, cassia or senna !!! They do not solve chronic constipation and because of its stimulating effect of the musculature, they can cause miscarriage.
