What are the side effects of milk thistle?
- Hypertension. In addition to its effects on the liver, milk thistle has also hypertensive effect.
- On the nitrate content, ingestion of the aerial part of the plant can cause intestinal disorders such as vomiting, nausea or diarrhea.
- You can suffer eczema type reactions if you are allergic or hypersensitive to other plants of the Compositae family.
