Gentian liquor
Gentian liquor is a bitter spirit good to whet the appetite and favour digestion
Ingredients:
- A liter of brandy.
- 28 gr of orange peel.
- 56 gr of gentian root.
- Ground cardamom
Gentian flowers
Preparation:
- In a bottle, mix the ingredients
- Leave to macerate in a warm, dark place from 20 to 28 days.
- After being macerated, strain it and keep in in a cool, shady place,
Ways to serve
- Take half a teaspoon three times a day, such as digestive and appetizer.
