Among the most important ones we can distinguish the following:
- Primrose oil for eczema: In external use, oil of evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) is used to treat eczema, especially atopic eczema, a chronic disease associated with allergy problems that attacks the skin giving it a leather-like texture.

- Black currant seed oil for eczema: Oil oF black currant (Ribes nigrum) is one of the products obtained from this plant. It is very used in natural medicine by its content in essential fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6.
The black currant seed oil is particularly rich in essential fatty acid Omega-6 (gamma-linoleic acid), since it represents a 17% of the whole content, a proportion that is found to be twice the content that exists in evening primrose oil.

- Echinacea supplements for eczema: The main virtue of echinacea is its anti microbial power against bacteria, fungi and viruses, so that it constitutes a genuine alternative to chemical antibiotics.
In external use the fresh juice of the plant or the tincture can be applied to treat skin problems enhancing its healing and preventing skin infection. - Vitamin A supplements for eczema: Vitamin A is necessary for the good condition of the skin and mucous membranes. Vitamin A supplements can be useful in treating diseases that affect it: dermatitis, eczema, acne, psoriasis, dry skin, herpes, cuts, wounds , burns, etc.
A deficiency of this vitamin results in dry, scaly skin or bad teeth. Used internally, is used to improve the state of mucous membranes, or to protect and to promote healing of wounds.
