Which food contains more selenium?
LIST OF RICH-SELENIUM FOOD
Plant foods
– Nuts: Brazil nuts especially, which are the richest food in selenium. Also walnuts or almonds. To a lesser extent, cashews and pistachios.
– Seeds: Especially pumpkin seeds, fennel seeds, psyllium seeds.
– All vegetables, especially nettle leaves, cucumbers and garlic. To a lesser extent, asparagus, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cauliflower, etc.
– Vegetables such as fenugreek, beans or soybeans. In small quantities, peas.
– Cereals, especially corn and oats or bread.
– Fruits: like plums, grapes, melons, peaches, strawberries or pears

Other foods with selenium
