Red cabbage, orange and apple salad recipe
Ingredients:
- 50 g red cabbage
- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- Virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
Elaboration:
- Peel the fruits and cut them into wedges.
- Wash the red cabbage and cut into strips.
- Pour the cabbage into a salad bowl and place the fruit on top.
- Make a vinaigrette with the oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pour it over the top.
- Serve.
