How much milk boys or girls should take?
Milk servings depend on the age of the child.
In general, we can say that it will increase in an amount of about 10 grams per year
How much milk is recommended to take?
- For boys and girls under 6 years, 125 g per serving
- For boys and girls between 6 and 8 years, 175 g per serving
- For boys and girls between 8 and 11 years, 200 g per serving
- For children aged 12 or older, 220 g per serving
How much yogurt is recommended to take?

How many servings should children take a day?
They are required a total of 3 to 6 servings of milk or milk products.
For example, a glass of milk for breakfast and lunch, yogurt for dessert at lunch and curd for dinner.
Some days, they can also take a cheese sandwich at midmorning, a grilled cheese at noon, and so on.
