Lemon diet menus
MENUS FOR HEALING LEMON DIET
Below we have the menus corresponding to 9 days, in which, we will progressively increase the amount of lemon juice ingested, until reaching a maximum of 2 lemons a day.
When we have reached day 9, we can can go back, using the first 9 menus inversely. In this way we can achieve a purifying diet of up to 19 days in which, in addition, we will lose a few kilos
First day | |
Before breakfast | The juice of half squeezed lemon mixed with the same amount of warm water |
Breakfast | 1 apple and a skim yogurt without added sugar and a tablespoon of wheat germ. |
Mid morning | A glass of soy drink or skim milk with two tablespoons of oat flakes. |
Lunch | Salad of chickpeas, tomato, lettuce, onion, cucumber, and avocado with olive oil. Dress with salt and a few drops of apple cider vinegar. Pears with ginger. Infuse a teaspoon of dried nettle into a cup of water, without adding sugar. |
Snack | A banana. A toast of whole wheat bread with fresh cheese. |
Dinner | Boiled vegetables with a hard boiled egg. Unsweetened yogurt without added sugar. Infuse a teaspoon of chamomile into a cup of water, without adding sugar. |
Second day | |
Before breakfast | The juice of ¾ squeezed lemon mixed with the same amount of warm water. |
Breakfast | 1 pear and a glass of unsweetened skim milk added with a spoonful of whole grains and a spoonful of pollen. |
Mid morning | A nonfat yogurt with 4 almonds. Infusion of a teaspoon of nettle into a cup of water without added sugar. |
Lunch | Green beans with potatoes with grilled seitan. An orange. Infuse a teaspoon of dried dandelion into a cup of water, without added sugar. |
Snack | 150 g of whipped strawberries with a nonfat yogurt or with a vegetable drink. |
Dinner | Cream of carrot with and 50 g of cottage cheese. An apple in the oven. |
Third day | |
Before breakfast | The juice of 1 squeezed lemon mixed with the same amount of warm water. |
Breakfast | 150 g of raspberries. A skim yogurt with a tablespoon of soy lecithin and four nuts. |
Mid morning | A glass of fruit juice (grapes, pineapple, apple and orange). Toast with tofu.. |
Lunch | Watercress semolina with lentils. Pear jam. Infusion of a teaspoon of dried dandelion into a cup of water, without added sugar. |
Snack | Whole wheat toast with two tablespoons of avocado. |
Dinner | Mixed salad and a French omelette of an egg. Unsweetened yogurt without added sugar. Infusion of a teaspoon of chamomile in a cup of water, without added sugar. |
