Recipe of broccoli with white sauce
BROCCOLI WITH WHITE SAUCE
Ingredients for 4 people:
For broccolis:
– 2 broccolis.
– 2 cloves of garlic.
– 2 tablespoons olive oil.
For the bechamel:
– 2 tablespoons olive oil.
– 40 gr. flour.
– Salt
– 400 ml. milk.
– 1 small onion, grated.
Preparation:
– Clean and separate broccolis to bouquets.
– Put water to boil with a little salt. Boil the broccolis until tender.
– Cut the garlic in fine slices, saute them in two tablespoons of Olive oil. Add it to the boiled broccoli.
– Make a white sauce with flour, milk and Olive oil. (More about the recipe for bechamel sauce)
– Cover the broccolis previously prepared with bechamel sauce. (Optionally, you can spread 100 gr grated cheese on the preparation and baked for 5 minutes.)
Ways to serve:
Serve hot as a starter.
