How to make a home mask for pimples
What are skin masks?
Skin masks are resources that can be used at most once or twice a week. Masks against the shins of the face have an astringent role that is used to remove excessive fat that accompanies this anomaly of the skin. At the same time, they can manage to nourish the skin of the face for greater smoothness.
Masks for pimples will protect the skin of the face against the occurrence of these anomalies. These occur when the sebaceous glands are blocked by excess of dust, traces of makeup, dead cells and other debris that prevent the natural outlet of the grease.
We should remember that, unlike other preparations such as moisturizers, which can be stored in the refrigerator, masks have a shorter duration, so they should be used shortly after prepared.
How to apply skin masks?
Masks should be applied to the skin in very thin layers of about 1 mm thick. Before their application, they must be warmed in a water bath until they reach about 38 º C, that’s to say, the body temperature.
It is also important, before applying the mask, to use an exfoliating cream. This allows the ingredients o the mask to penetrate into the skin better.
Masks will be applied during a given period, which, in most cases, typically is from 15 to 30 minutes. Later, depending on the type of mask, they will be cleaned using hot or warm clay water. This type of water is made by pouring four tablespoons of clay powder per liter of water. You should leave it to stand and then remove the water that floats above the clay that has been deposited in the bottom. This type of water should be left resting for a couple of hours before using it.
