Mari Carmen Saiz is a Nutritionist Dietitian at Univerisity of Valencia and Graduate in Chemistry, expert in clinical and hospital nutrition.
She has collaborated with the web in one of the most important projects, which will soon come to light, related to nutritional education to complement the treatment of various pathologies, such as obesity, diabetes, cholesterol, heart disease, etc.
In her formation there are numerous courses related to Clinical Nutrition and Diet Therapy, especially in sports nutrition, training science and injuries.
After working for many years in the hospital environment, she currently has a private practice in Spain.
